Saturn

Here comes the ringed planet: Saturn!!!! Saturn may be the most beautiful planet in the solar system because of the rings around it, but actually, here is the truth: those rings around that planet are made from rocks, ice and bits of chemicals that are in your pencil. It's crazy, right? So, Saturn is the 6th planet from the solar system and is the 2nd "gassy" planet in the solar system. Saturn has 53 known moons and 9 provisional moons. One of the most famous moons of Saturn is Titan. Titan is famous for its size compared to the rest of the moons. Saturn is about 890,700,000 miles away from the Sun and it is visible to the human eye as a little smudge. There have been spacecraft going past Saturn but most notably a spacecraft named Voyager 2 passed Saturn. It has also passed Uranus and Neptune and is still going out there to explore the further reaches of space. Here is a picture of Saturn:

The rings may be made of rocks, ice, and other chemicals, but from outer space, it may be called the most beautiful planet of the solar system.

Stay tuned for Uranus, the tipped planet, coming out on Tuesday, July 1st, 2014, on www.anishspace.blogspot.com
